Micro swell on a Saturday morning.

Perfect little swell for some fun log riding this morning. One of the best longboard sessions of the season so far. Small and just so clean. Solo!

Fur Load...

Thanks to our political brain trust, I find myself unemployed for the first time in 31 years. Do you think that a swell would show up to ease my pain? It did! But here on day two, its just about flat.... Oh well, time to catch up on chores around the house. Aloha!

September Sessions....

These last two weeks have provided some welcome relief from a Summer filled with poor surf conditions. Clean lines and some decent swell have been the norm of late. Yesterday morning and again early this AM were probably two of the best surfs I've had for the entire 2013. And with a trip to southern California just a few weeks away, things are feeling pretty darn good at the moment.

Afternoon boat ride....

Got word there was a Humpback whale offshore Cape May this afternoon. Headed out with our friends Bruce & Buffi  to see if we could catch a glimpse. Luke was all set to shout, "Thar she blows!" but no such luck. We saw a big pod of dolphin but no whale. Good times none the less.
