Wind and Sand

 ^^^^Last Wednesday 9-23-15
 ^^^^This morning 9-29-15
To get this angle last Wednesday, I would've been in chest deep water.
More NE wind in the 5 day forecast. Could be setting the Cove sandbars up for a nice winter. Here's hoping...

Who was that band playing at the Nail?

A few snaps near sunset along Beach Ave.
 Party wave!
^^ Saw him do it twice. Signature move?
Mr. Smooth himself. If you know, you know.

Howling!

If you like it frothy with a side of blowing sand, you're stoked!

Board boarding

Over the last several years, our garage has been host to quite a few boards as they transit north and south along the east coast. Most only stay for a few days, some hang around a little longer and some like the Bing PTLW below, stop in for a second visit. Long, short, old and new, they're all welcome and well cared for during their stay.  ; )

The latest visitor is a beautiful 9'4" Greek EC Eliminator. Stepped fore and aft with a cool 2" foam stringer. Very sweet piece of surfboard history.

Although it was quite small, I did get to start off another year on this lovely little blue marble in space with a surf. Always remembering, The Present is the Present! :)

Made a short run at a 9' 4" Farrelly up in RI.
I'm thinking it could've been interesting.
