Another one of our USCG brethren has departed the Rocks line-up. "Onward and upward" has taken several of our brightest personalities away from us over the last year and a half. Charlie heads north to New London, CT where the USCG will turn this fine CG Chief into a Officer. All the best to you Charlie. Mahalos for all the stoke and friendship over the last several years.
