May the 4th (be with you..)

Rolled over to the rock pile yesterday after work and found a perfect little wave working. A few people out when I arrived but they departed shorty thereafter. LB did some sandcastle construction on the beach on what was a near perfect afternoon. 3/2 and no gloves for the first time this year. Super fun little sliders made for a real fun session. A pod of dolphin showed up as we were about to leave and put on an aerobatic show for us. LB was stoked!

Jeff Walden was taking a stroll with his daughter and brother visiting from NorCal. He was kind enough to snap a photo of your's truly, sliding left. :) If you have ever surfed here, you most likely shared some water time with Jeff. The man is a class act in the water as well as on the beach.......... Mahalo Jeff.
